About the apartment
The Jungle Design Apartment is a uniquely designed little jewel box. It has recently undergone complete reconstruction and renovation. The cheerful, cosy two-bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor of a renovated Art Nouveau building very close to the Keleti railway station in the eastern area of the City Centre. We took great care of furnishing the apartment, taking advantage of its properties. The heating system is equipped with electrical panels, infrared panels, and hot water is supplied with electric boiler. There is no gas in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped. For your satisfaction we provide fast internet, free wifi and flat-screen TV featuring many sports and music channels. Two comfortable boxspring double beds provide a peaceful night’s rest. There is also a single-person sofa bed under the gallery. You can make your morning coffee with the excellent Nespresso capsule coffee machine. The bathroom has pleasantly warm underfloor heating. The air conditioning helps to keep off the summer heat. The apartment is sunny, bright and quiet. There is CCTV in the stairwell of the house. The building is unfortunately not accessible by wheelchair.
Upon request, the property provides for babies different fixtures or fittings subject. Eg: cot, mattress, high chair, baby bath, baby equipment, toy, nasal aspirator The host is available on site upon arrival and travel upon request. Cleaning once a week with a change of bed linen and towels. Daily cleaning is available on request for EUR 32
We can reserve a parking space in a covered garage for 5400 HUF / 1 day 14pm-12 am.
Transfers from the airport to the accommodation or from the accommodation to the airport are available on request at the cost of the guest.

I’m Judit, I live in Budapest with my family. I value diversity and welcome all guests in my apartment. I really like to travel and learn about the culture and people of various countries. I developed this apartment with great enthusiasm and effort, and I hope you will enjoy your stay in Budapest, and return home filled with great experiences and memories. If you have any questions or issues, you can reach me any time by phone or e-mail. I can give you advice on what to look for depending on your interests. I have assembled a sightseeing tour of the guests with museums, restaurants, ruins, and places of interest. Before your arrival you are asked to download VENDEGEM app (Guest app) (Android – Apple)and to upload the data of all guests. At the same time I need your email address and mail address with postal code. You can do it in message through Booking page, what’sapp, telegram, in SMS to my mobile number. Thanks for your cooperation. The apartment is 2km far from the new PUSKAS ARENA, it takes 20-25 min on foot or with Metro or bus, about 200 metres from Keleti rail station. I welcome my guests with some fresh fruits, coffee, tea, one bottle of Hungarian wine.

For our mutual satisfaction, please respect the following rules:
General
- Sorry, pets and parties are not allowed in the apartment.
- This is a non-smoking apartment, so please don’t smoke indoors! The apartment has smoke detectors installed.
- You can smoke in front of the apartment using the ashtray provided. Please don’t disturb the neighbours with loud talking outside before 8AM and after 9PM.
- The radiators can be turned on individually as needed and must be turned off when you leave.
- Please turn off lights and electrical appliances when not in use.
- Please turn off the TV and the air conditioning when you go out.
- Please take care of the furniture and fixtures of the apartment.
- If damage or theft occurs, its value will be deducted from the deposit.
- In case of disorderly conduct, the police will be contacted and the apartment must be vacated.
- During longer stays we change the beddings and towels weekly.
- Daily cleaning is available on request, for an extra charge.
Arrival / departure
- If you arrive or depart late at night or early in the morning, please try to move your suitcases without rattling through the building to avoid disturbing the neighbours.
- Please pay special attention to ensuring that the front door of the apartment is properly closed. The handle must be pulled up when you turn the lower key.
- You can check in using the key box. If you wish, we can be present when you arrive and depart.
- Please download the VENDÉGEM app and scan your passports or ID cards. This is required by Hungarian law. If a guest refuses to do this, unfortunately they will not be able to stay at the Jungle Apartment. We’re happy to help if you run into any problems with the scanning.
- The day before your arrival we will provide you with the code for the building gate and the key box, from which you will be able to retrieve the apartment key. When you leave, please return the key to the key box and leave the number dial in a different state than the correct code.
- Please provide your address, which is required for the invoice, no later than the day of your arrival.
- Upon prior notice, we can reserve you a parking space in a nearby garage for 5400 HUF/day. The garage is open from 6 am to midnight. The distance between the apartment and the garage is 290 meters on foot.
Bathroom
- You can adjust the underfloor heating in the bathroom with the thermostat on the wall.
- The towel warmer can be turned on/off with the red button on the switch at the bottom.
- Feel free to use the toiletries and the hairdryer provided in the bathroom!
- To avoid blockages, please do not throw anything into the bathroom sink. If you shave, etc., please dispose of the hair in the bin.
Mezzanine room
- On the upper level of the mezzanine bedroom, a thermostat on the wall can be used to turn the ceiling-mounted infrared heating on/off.
- Please do not take extra towels and bed linen from the closet in the mezzanine room. Those are waiting for the next guests.
Living room and entrance hall
- Free high-speed WiFi is available in the apartment. The wifi code is on the corkboard in the living room.
- We’ve put together an interactive map of Budapest’s main attractions, baths, ruin pubs, as well as restaurants and grocery stores in the area. You can find the link on the living room corkboard.
- There is a shoe shine and sewing kit in the drawer under the TV.
- Slippers are available in the entrance hall.
- Luggage racks, ironing board, iron, clothes drying rack are also available.

Kölcsönös megelégedésünk érdekében, kérjük, tartsa be az alábbi szabályokat:
Általános
- Sajnáljuk, a háziállatok és házibulik nem megengedettek a lakásban.
- Ez egy nem-dohányzó apartman, így kérjük, beltéren ne dohányozzon! A lakásban füstérzékelők vannak felszerelve.
- A lakás előtti gangon dohányozhat a kihelyezett hamutartóval. Kérjük, reggel 8 óra előtt és este 9 óra után ne zavarja kinti beszélgetéssel a házban élőket.
- A radiátorokat külön-külön be lehet szükség szerint kapcsolni és távozáskor ki kell kapcsolni.
- Kérjük, kapcsolja le a lámpákat és az elektromos berendezéseket, amikor nem használja őket.
- Kérjük, kapcsolja ki a TV-t és a légkondicionálót, amikor elhagyja a lakást.
- Kérjük, vigyázzon a lakás tisztaságára, a bútorok, berendezések épségére.
- Ha rongálás vagy lopás történik, annak értékét a kaucióból levonatjuk.
- Rendbontás esetén a rendőrséghez fordulunk és az apartmant el kell hagyni.
- Hosszabb tartózkodás esetén hetente cseréljük az ágyneműt és a törölközőket.
- Igény esetén, felár ellenében napi takarítást biztosítunk.
Érkezés / távozás
- Ha késő este vagy kora reggel érkezik vagy távozik, kérjük, ne csapjon zajt a gurulós bőröndökkel.
- Kérjük, különösen figyeljen, hogy a lakás bejárati ajtaja megfelelően be legyen csukva. A kilincset fel kell húzni amikor ráfordítja az alsó kulcsot.
- A kulcsdoboz használatával tud becsekkolni. Igény esetén, az érkezéskor és távozáskor személyesen is rendelkezésre állunk.
- Kérjük, töltse le VENDÉGEM applikációt, és szkennelje be az útleveleket vagy a személyi igazolványokat. Ezt a magyar jogszabályok írják elő. Amennyiben ezt a vendég megtagadja, sajnos nem szállhat meg a Jungle Apartmanban. Ha nem sikerül a szkennelés, természetesen segítünk.
- Érkezés előtti napon megadjuk a bejárati kapu és a kulcsdoboz kódját, ahonnan majd kivehető a lakáskulcs. Távozáskor a kulcsot, kérjük, tegye vissza a kulcsdobozba és a szám-tárcsát hagyja a helyes kódtól eltérő állapotban.
- Legkésőbb az érkezés napján, kérjük, írja meg a lakcímet, mely a számla kiállításához szükséges.
- Előzetes jelzés alapján garázsban parkolóhelyet tudunk foglalni 5400 HUF/nap összegért. A garázs nyitvatartása reggel 6 órától éjfélig. Az apartman és a garázs távolsága gyalog 290 méter.
Fürdőszoba
- A fürdőszobában a padlófűtést a falon lévő termosztáttal tudja beállítani.
- A törölközőszárítót alul a kapcsolón lévő piros gombbal lehet ki/be kapcsolni.
- A fürdőszobában tisztálkodószerek és hajszárító állnak rendelkezésére.
- Kérjük, a dugulást elkerülendő, a fürdőszobai mosdókagylóba, ne dobjon be semmit. Ha borotválkozik, stb., a szőrt, kérjük, dobja a szemetesbe.
Galériás szoba
- A galériás szoba felső szintjén a falon lévő termosztáttal lehet a mennyezeten lévő infrafűtést ki/be kapcsolni.
- Kérjük, a galériás szobában lévő szekrényből ne vegyen ki plusz törölközőket és ágyneműhuzatot. Azok a következő vendégekre várnak.
Nappali és előszoba
- Az apartmanban ingyenes, gyors wifi áll rendelkezésre. A wifi kódja a nappaliban lévő falitáblán található.
- Összeállítottunk egy interaktív térképet Budapest főbb látnivalóival, fürdőkkel, romkocsmákkal, illetve a környéken található éttermekkel és élelmiszerboltokkal. A linket a nappaliban a falitáblán találja.
- A TV alatti komód fiókban található cipőtisztító és varrókészlet.
- Az előszobában papucsok állnak rendelkezésre.
- Bőröndtartók, vasalódeszka, vasaló, ruhaszárító állvány szintén rendelkezésre állnak.
